Designed with connection in mind
Our activities have been developed to engage and empower individuals living with late-stage dementia. By addressing their diverse cognitive and sensory challenges, we aim to enrich their lives, enhance their sense of well-being, and bring moments of joy through meaningful connection with others.

OUR TRUSTED PARTNERS
"Play is not concerned with keeping people busy or improving their cognitive health, but rather with connecting emotionally to other people and having the freedom to express oneself."

Why we do what we do
We are, first and foremost, a social enterprise — 10% of the profit from each sale is donated to dementia research. Our vision is inspired by personal experience, backed by professional accreditation from the Dementia Services Development Centre at Stirling University, and driven by our passion to bring light to the lives of those living with dementia.
Our products are based on traditional pastimes, using vintage styling to create a sense of familiarity. They are adapted to be accessible for individuals with dementia and come with hints and tips so anyone can use them meaningfully, right away.
Our dementia-friendly activities are ideal for professional use (care communities, occupational therapy, etc.) as well as personal use at home.

How activities enhance lives with dementia
Memory loss is the most widely recognized symptom of dementia, but there are other sensory and cognitive challenges that can affect someone living with the condition. Our products are designed to address these needs—making interactions more accessible and encouraging active participation.
Current scientific understanding also suggests that, just like in the general population, the positive feelings and sense of accomplishment experienced during an activity can last well beyond the activity itself.
Absolutely amazing! Our residents really enjoy them. The curiosity box is amazing for one our residents who continually claps her hands since having the curiosity box shes been so occupied with it. Our residents are also loving the puzzles and colouring books!
